What is a Foreign Expert Certificate? How do I get one?

The Foreign Expert Certificate is a type of ID given to non-Chinese people working in China, and basically acts as an alternative to the Foreign Employment Permit, generally for use in more specialized jobs. A Foreign Expert Certificate can be applied for by the foreign expert himself or herself, or by their employer.

The longest period of validity of the certificate is five years, and it can be extended if the contract between the employer and the foreigner continues past that point. If the foreigner changes his/her job in China, the certificate will be invalid, and he or she should apply for the certificate again in line with their new job.

Reggie: By far the most essential detail I took absent from this video clip was anything I already realized but apparently forget over a regular basis: Look before you shoot! Numerous situations I get this good shot of the special car and after i see it on my screen I notice some obnoxious minimal detail that I could have avoided getting into the shot had I only followed the asnsstaice. It would save a lot of Photoshop time!
